1. Acceptance
By using the Move website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The service
Move is a free online study tool that provides practice questions and explanations to help you prepare for the Israeli Ministry of Transport driving-theory test, in six languages. The website is completely free: it requires no account or registration, shows no ads, and offers no purchases of any kind.
Mobile app
These terms also cover the Move mobile app. The app is free, requires no account, and includes no real-money purchases; in-app rewards (such as “Sparks”) are earned through study only.
3. Study content and affiliation
The content is provided as-is, for study and practice only, and does not replace the official test materials. The practice questions are drawn from the Israeli Ministry of Transport’s public question bank; the explanations and tips are Move Games’ own. Move is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Ministry of Transport or any government body. Traffic laws may change — always verify current requirements against official sources.
4. Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape or copy its content at scale, or use automated systems to place a load on it.
5. Intellectual property
The practice questions originate from publicly available Israeli government materials. The explanations, tips, design, and user interface are created by Move Games and owned by Move Games. Please do not copy or redistribute Move Games’ original content without permission.
6. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date, or that using the site will result in passing the official test. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move Games is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
