Accessibility Statement

Updated: 2026

Our commitment

At Move we believe in providing an equal, accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to make the site usable and available to as many people as possible, and continually invest in improving accessibility.

Accessibility standard

The site is built to follow the common accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Level AA) and aims to meet the Israeli standard IS 5568 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations.

What we’ve done

  • Proper semantic structure and heading hierarchy for screen-reader navigation
  • Full keyboard navigation and operation
  • Adequate colour contrast and readable text
  • Right-to-left support (Hebrew and Arabic) and six languages
  • Alternative text for traffic-sign images and illustrations
  • Responsive layout for mobile and different screen sizes
  • Respects the reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion)

Known limitations

Some content, in particular some question illustrations, may not be fully accessible. We continue to work on improving them. If you encounter a problem, please let us know.

Accessibility contact
